Chicken Recipes1. Uncle BJ's Oven Barbecue Chicken. Ingredients (chicken, Aunt Sue's Sauce), Soak Chicken in Aunt Sue's Sauce for 2 to 4 hours. Place in baking pan. Bake in oven at 375deg. for 35 to 45 minutes or until juices from chicken run clear. 2. Aunt Sue's Pickled Eggs. Ingredients (1 dozen eggs, Aunt Sue's Sauce) Boil eggs. Place peeled boiled eggs into jar large enough to hold eggs. Cover eggs with Aunt Sue's Sauce. Put tight fitting lid on jar and refrigerate for 4 days (shake jar from time to time) 3. Aunt Kim's Pickled Eggs. Ingredients (1 dozen eggs, Aunt Sue's Sauce, Dill Pickle Juice) Boil eggs. Place peeled boiled eggs into jar large enough to hold eggs. Cover eggs half way with Aunt Sue's Sauce. Finish filling jar with dill pickle juice. Put tight fitting lid on jar and refrigerate for 4 days (shake jar from time to time) 4. Aunt Tina's Deviled Eggs. Ingredients (Aunt Sue's Pickled Eggs, Mayonnaise) Slice Aunt Sue's Pickled eggs in half. Remove yokes and place in bowl. Mix egg yokes and mayonnaise (amount of Mayo to your taste) into a paste. place paste into egg halves. |
